Terms & Conditions - Photo Restoration

By placing an order you are deemed as accepting of the following terms and conditions:

You, the customer, may only submit photographs for restoration that are not subject to copyright legislation unless you own the copyright or have been given written permission to copy the photograph by the copyright owner. The customer is responsible for any violation of copyright and therefore would be entirely reponsible for any action taken by a third party.

Your original photographs are precious and irreplaceable and will be treated with the same care we give to our own cherished images. However should your photographs be lost or damaged at any point during the work or in transit to our from our premises Max Bamber Photography cannot accept any liability for this.
